This mid century beauty was built in 1950s, Approx 2600sq living space sitting on over 10,000 sq lot with relaxing pool and outdoor area. The kitchen , flooring & Designer guest bathroom have been remodeled, original wood beams ceiling, brick fireplace, brand new indoor/outdoor furniture, different theme rooms, High quality sleeping mattress, CK Home Collection/Serta Pillows, professional cleaning team to provide guests with the most comfortable stay.
We have total of 3 bedrooms + Two queen beds in the Living room divided by a slider as bedroom#4 ; added a "BAR" area connected to the pool, perfect for entertaining! Each theme room has its own character.
1. The Greece Room (sleep 2) - This is the master features queen size high-end Tempurpedic mattress , white epoxy floor, 10x6 Original Mid-Century Master bathroom
2. The Green Room (sleep 2-3) - This room features green "carpet tile" with bunk bed (one full + one twin) both are 12" bamboo pillow top mattress, Connected to the "BAR" & with backyard access.
3. The Cabin room (sleep 2) - This room features a high end queen pillow top mattress, brand new paint & carpet with ceiling fan.
4. The loft style (sleep 4) - This is a shared space with living room and dining area, two queen mattress with sliding curtains, no closed door
5. "BAR" area - Brand new tile flooring, self-built bar with recycled wood, connects to the backyard pool area. Youll love this hidden BAR!
6. Pool Solar panel installed to extend swimming season period for the guests!
**Disclosures** Please allow some minor imperfections due to the age & structure of the house (non-adjustable). The grass usually turn brown during winter time. we are trying to maintain it as original as possible yet adding some modern décor and furniture to bright up the space. We hope our guests will enjoy this rare Mid-Century home as much as we do :)
