With a convenient location directly across from the Marketplace, which has a large grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, coffee shops and playground, our townhome is close enough to walk to everything including ski lifts (walk in 7 minutes or take the free shuttle outside the complex), village restaurants, and nature trails but far enough that it is quiet!
This 1,200SF unit spread over 2 floors has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, and 3 balconies. The bedroom breakdown is as follows:
- Master Bedroom - King bed with ensuite and **brand new*** 7 person hot tub on deck.
- Second Bedroom - Queen bed with large balcony.
- Third Bedroom - Bunk beds with a double on bottom and single on top.
- There is also a queen size pull out in the living room.
The hot tub, located off the master bedroom, is brand new and was installed in December 2015. There is a BBQ off the main floor deck and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and small appliances.
