The kitchen island, with its massive granite countertop, is a great place to hang out with friends while sipping a cool one or enjoying a meal. Formal seating for 10 is available in the dining room while the kitchen accommodates twelve in comfortable stools and chairs. This house accommodates 16 overnight guests in high-quality beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (except food). Theres over 3400 square feet of plush, quality carpeting and beautiful reclaimed-walnut premium vinyl plank flooring throughout. Direct access to freeway and entertainment venues. Close to shopping, restaurants, and more! Quiet, clean, comfortable, and private! On the same street as Coachella / Stagecoach/ Desert Trip and close to all other Desert venues.

This home includes:

--Up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms -- including a casita with its own private entrance, queen-sized bed, private bathroom "room-for-two" sit-down shower, kitchenette, and entertainment center
--Memory-foam mattress toppers with a mix of goose down and synthetic pillows and comfortable high-thread-count sheets on all beds
--Plush towels, soaps, and standard toiletries in all bathrooms

Long-term, month-to-month rate of $4,000. (Months with "special" events -- including Coachella, Stagecoach or Desert Trip -- are offered for an extra fee.)

Damage deposit of $2,000. $200 cleaning fee.

Prospective Renter will provide Owner with the following:

1. Name, current address, copy of photo ID, email address and phone number.
2. Rental date(s), including any requests for special accommodations.
