Renovated Charming Home in the Center of Tucson

Our house is clean, comfortable, stocked, and near to restaurants, movies, shopping, golf course, the zoo, and walking paths. Its very close to U of A and downtown Tucson. The midtown location is full of quirky Tucson charm. The newly renovated living areas have your every need anticipated-even a bottle of wine for you! We have a nice rear seating area to enjoy the beautiful Tucson weather. The three bedroom layout with two baths make the house very spacious for long or short term visits alone or with family or friends. The two main rooms each have a queen bed to accommodate 4 people comfortably. We also have a third bedroom with a futon bed for an extra guest if needed. There is also a desk work space. The living room has a TV with a Netflix account and a DVD player. There is a second smaller TV in the third bedroom, also with Netflix. Books, magazines, and some board games are also available. The kitchen has all the essentials including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are pots and pans, dishes, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and various other gadgets you may need for your stay. We also keep the basics stocked such as salt, pepper, oil, flour, and sugar. We are happy to throw in any reasonable special request to make your arrival more relaxing. We look forward to hosting you during your next visit to Tucson!
