This cabin rental features a CREEK SWING that has become our guests favorite amenity! Its the perfectly unique spot to dangle toes into the rushing water while enjoying nature sights and sounds or just reading a great book.
Then, the COVERED HOT TUB takes center stage in the evening-providing soothing relaxation just steps away from the creek bank or the crackling fire for roasting marshmallows or dogs.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Thats how we feel when we arrive. Its so easy to forget between visits the relaxing affect this place has on us. You wont regret spending time in THIS cabin rental.
Open the windows and doors to hear the creek outside, or listen to the rain from the hot tub under the decks tin roof. Dine on your freshly grilled dinner at the CREEKSIDE TABLE, or head in to town to enjoy local fare.
LOCATION
This cabin rental fronts Fightingtown Creek about 5-6 miles SW of downtown Blue Ridge GA, about 10 miles east of McCaysville (the Tennessee state line), and 17 miles north of Ellijay GA. Access is an easy drive on paved roads until about 1/4 mile from cabin when the roads become gravel, yet remain relatively flat. No 4-wheel drive required.
SLEEPING
This cabin rental SLEEPS UP TO 8: 1 KING bed (in 2nd floor bedroom with closet, ceiling fan, reading lamps, chest of drawers, mirror, comfy chair, window facing creek), 1 QUEEN (in main floor bedroom with closet, ceiling fan, mirror, reading lamps, chest of drawers, window facing creek ), and 2 FUTONS (1 in open loft with ceiling fan & window facing creek, 1 in den with closet, ceiling fan, window & door to creek). Bedding provided.
BATHROOMS
2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. 2nd floor bath has jetted tub and shower combo.
INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
3 televisions: 1 smart tv in den with cable, 1 in open loft just for viewing movies or playing video games, 1 smart tv in upstairs bedroom with cable. Guests are welcome to bring their own fire sticks or equivalent.
Family friendly games and cards on site.
Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen seats up to 8 guests. Microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge with auto ice-maker in freezer. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, dishes, pans, etc.
LAUNDRY
Private washer and dryer on site at no additional charge.
RATES
10% off 7 or more booked nights. MILITARY I.D.? 4th night also free! Please contact the owner to take advantage of these discounts. They must be applied manually, since the BOOK NOW feature will not calculate them properly.
RENTAL RATES POSTED ARE FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS. An additional $6.00 per guest, per night rent applies to 5-8 guests. The cabin accommodates up to 8 guests. No pets are allowed, and we do not make exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests placing the reservation and staying at the property must submit a valid, government issued, photo ID and signature on our rental agreement before being granted access to the property. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
Rates vary by season.
$75 covers your exit cleaning, and Georgias cabin rental tax is 12%.
We also collect at booking, a $250 damage deposit that gets refunded within 14 days of checkout providing theres been no damage to the property as a result of guests stay, and no violation of the rental agreement.
The VRBO booking fee is separate from these fees.
*DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE PROVIDING THERES NO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY and no RENTAL AGREEMENT VIOLATION.
