Less than 15 minutes from town and 20 minutes from the Ocoee Olympic Whitewater Center, River Ridge feels a world away. Located at the end of the gravel road, the cabin is peaceful and relaxing. It sits on top of a ridge overlooking the beautiful whitewater Toccoa River with the mountains of Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina as a backdrop. You can hear the sound of the cascading river echoing up the valley. The spacious lodge-style interior sleeps up to six. The main level has a large, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless appliances, a great room with HDTV and home theater sound and dining area with a cathedral ceiling, and a master suite with a walk-in closet and double-vanity master bath with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, and double glass doors that open onto the screened porch. The loft bedroom has a queen bed and a glass door that opens onto the upper porch. The second bath is next to the loft bedroom and has a tub/shower. The open loft area has a gaming area with air hockey (convertible to a small ping pong table) and foosball and a reading nook. The new lower level has a large game room with pool table, 40" HDTV, Blu-ray/DVD, fireplace, darts, and a compact refrigerator. Next to the game room is a large bedroom with twin beds and an en suite full bathroom. We provide everything for your stay except food and personal items.

Additional information about rental rates
| Payment Terms | Additional Guest Fee $10 The base rate is for up to four people. For each additional guest, there is a $10 per night fee plus tax. There is a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. We count children old enough to walk in the total party. We will give a full refund for cancellation 14 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 7-13 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before the first rental day will forfeit 50% of the rental fee, but the security deposit will be refunded. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
