This gorgeous upscale dream vacation home is 4,700 sq feet and has a fantastic floor plan with tons of natural light. The location is truly in one of the premier spots in all of Newport Beach with no boardwalk or foot traffic separating the beach from the backyard.
The Great Room has limestone flooring, designer furnishings and floor to ceiling glass panel sliding doors that open wide offering indoor/outdoor living and spectacular panoramic ocean views with the sand just a step off the
patio.
The gourmet chefs kitchen has Sub Zero Wolf appliances, granite countertops, walk-in wine room and the same spectacular view!
The first floor has a guest room with a queen bed and private bathroom. On the second floor, the spacious master bedroom has ocean views from the comfort of your California king-sized bed, as well as sitting room with balcony. Another bedroom upstairs features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Also upstairs is a family room with a flatscreen TV, and a second laundry room.
In the three car garage, 2 beach cruiser bicycles and tandem bicycle with bike locks are available to you. The bike path that goes the entire length of the Balboa Peninsula is located just a couple blocks away.
The patio includes a motorized awning, built in BBQ and outdoor shower connected to hot water.
