Serene beachfront estate located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu.  Three bedrooms, two bathrooms inside main home and one half bath and shower outdoors.  Kitchen is modern and kitchen table looks out onto a breathtaking view, as does the living room.  From the large porch, you watch the picture-perfect sunsets over the ocean, then take a walk along the beach only three steps away.  Additional building has another bedroom for your guest but that has an additional fee.  You will spot to local sea turtles and in the winter whales pass by daily.   You can swim, snorkel, hike, ride horses, watch a polo match all within walking distance.  Nearby, a small general aviation airport offers skydiving, hang gliding, and sight-seeing flights.  Inviting place to play, shop quaint boutiques, view art galleries, restaurants and farmer's markets all just a short drive away.  This rate is for 5 people an additional fee is added to booking with more than 5 guests .  General Excise Tax License GE-026-583-1424-01

Status of Vacation Rental Legislation on Oahu.   The City Council of Oahu signed Bill 41 into law in April 2022.  With few exceptions, every bed and breakfast and short term vacation rentals on Oahu that opened since 1989 will be required to rent for 90 days unless they are located in a resort district.  However a judge halted the 90 day requirement.  A preliminary injunction is in place allowing us to continue to rent for 30 days but the courts rule.  Bill 41 does enhance enforcement tools for the City and County of Honolulu.   I can still rent for a period of 30 days regardless of your actual occupancy.  Thus,  you can book a period of 14 days but no less then 14 days and a 30 day period will be blocked until the courts new ruling is made.
