Additional rules

1. No Unauthorized Guests allowed or more than stipulated amount of guests at the time of booking.
2. No Smoking of any kind inside the property!
3. Please Quiet hours are between 10pm- 7am out of respect for neighbors.
4. Please DO NOT remove any item from the property at the time of check-out.
5. Please Report missing or damaged items in the house during your stay.
6. Please if you move any furniture, ensure to replace them back to their original position at the time of check-out.
7. NO PARTIES/NO EVENTS/ NO LOUD NOISE.
8. Please do not flush any thing in the toilet other than toilet paper.
9. DO NOT COVER THE SMOKE DETECTORS IN ANY AREA OF THE HOUSE!
10. Please treat property facilities with care as you would someone treated yours.
11. Please dispose of any items in the refrigerator in the trash before you check out.
12. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher before check-out.
13. Put all dirty Towels in the laundary bin found in the closet before check -out.
14. Do not lay the beds, during check out, we would take care of that.
15. Check out time is between 8am-11am to allow time for cleaning team to prpare the place for next guests.
16. Remove trash from the house and place in the garbage bin outside the house.
17. Garbage pick up is every Friday- Put garbage out in the street if you're in the property of a Friday.
18. Please make sure that all appliances and lights are turned off before you leave.
19. Please make sure the doors are locked as you leave.
20. Please inform me when you are leaving property.
21. Wine in the Rack is for purchase ONLY! Please contact me for pricing if you want one.
