Ground floor unit in the much desired building #1 - walks right out to pool (no parking lot view from our unit) or 200 actual steps from your poolside lanai to Charley Young beach. New appliances (not W/D), hickory cabinets, solid granite counters, glass tiled backsplash, custom made matching hickory fold down KING Murphy Wall bed and a well endowed 70 inch wall mounted smart HDTV. Yep...Its a BIGGEE but Ive been on Maui when its rained non stop. Might as well have a little luxury if youre trapped inside. Besides its so big & swivels you can see it from the lanai....probably the pool....heck, maybe even the beach!
